Team work

To work as a team on Voltapp, click on Share on the top bar.

There are 2 ways to work in team:

• Collaborative access to the same project
• The copy link of the project

Collaborator access to the same project

By typing the name or email of your collaborators who have already created an account on Voltapp, you will be able to add them to the project of your app.

You can also define custom editing rights:

• View**: can see the project, but no saving of changes will be allowed
• Edit**: can edit the project and save changes
• Administration**: can delete, copy the project, change collaborators' rights (several people can be administrators)

The limit of the number of collaborators depends on your application subscription.

Please note, with Education and Pro subscription, you only have one backup location. So the last backup will always overwrite the previous one. It is therefore advisable to put your other collaborators in Visualization the time of your changes.

You can also upgrade your app with the Enterprise to manage multiple backup locations at the same time.

They will then see the shared projects with a 👤 symbol and the number of people sharing, as well as the project owner. It is possible to filter the views between All Projects, My Projects and Shared Projects.

💡 A person in view only will see a "read only" message displayed instead of the save icon. Also she won't be able to see the list of people sharing, so it's safe to show your project and its logic.

The project copy link

The project copy link allows users with the link to copy the project, so the application code.

It is particularly useful to share one or more features to be reused in other projects.

You can also sell access to these links and control the number of copies distributed and the validation over time.

Real-time collaboration

You can also use co-browsing tool such as the free chrome extension HelloScreen to share your tab and have multiple mouses on your same page, activating the click control or not.
